Entrepreneurial Expertise
Carol Ann Wenrick brings entrepreneurial expertise in small business start-ups. She successfully demonstrated how an initial investment of only $40, when managed wisely, could grow to include her original designer’s line of nursery quilts and accessories, a retail store, a small manufacturing shop, seven employees, sales reps, and 250 wholesale accounts. She established all processes and systems for her business and trained her employees in their necessary job functions.
Carol Ann Wenrick managed a retail floor-covering store for five years, getting in on the pre-opening set-up. She quickly landed a key client through a strategically placed ad, and cornered the floor covering and tile market in the town, which was just breaking into a powerful growth spurt. Wenrick worked with 30 builders as their primary supplier and installer of all flooring for their new home customers. She also sold custom ceramic and marble, and served both residential and commercial customers with excellence, bringing in repeat business and referrals. Her keen eye for color and design enabled her to select colors and flooring for entire homes based upon one piece of artwork or fabric for clients who had not yet relocated to the area.
Carol Ann pursued a college education while raising three young children, and graduated cum laude with a degree in elementary education. During those college years, she also worked part-time in retail sales and as a motivational speaker.
Carol Ann works closely with her husband, Dennis, in their consulting business. She is co-founder and a Director of Strategic Signals, Inc., where she serves as Vice President. Their clients have included owner(s) of a video production company, a restaurant, a patent, a manufacturing company that produces products for the construction market, the President of non-profit organization, and various start-up ventures.
In 2006, under their Strategic Signals, Inc. S-Corp, they have established The Wenrick Group (TWG), a strategic business consulting company, which has been established for all future consulting services of the corporation. TWG is registered with the State of Florida . With the Total Integration process, Carol Ann enhances her consulting services by providing mentoring to owners and key leaders of a business. Clients write a comprehensive strategic plan that has the passion and power to bring sustainable change, improved profits, and growth to the business.
