Dennis Wenrick, holder of 6 patents, has 34 years experience with Owens Corning, a leading manufacturer in the construction market. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.A. majoring in Chemistry. His expertise in product/systems development, licensing and franchising, sales and marketing, and business management enable him to provide excellent strategic planning assistance to companies with new or existing construction products.

As a research and development manager, Dennis learned practical applications of research and development for improved processes and new products. As sales manager, he learned to manage customer relations, people resources and communication with various business managers to meet sales objectives. As a business manager over several businesses, Dennis established strategic plans, marketing tactics, and sales programs to meet corporate objectives.

While with Owens Corning, Dennis managed and developed a patented system, which he took from a licensing business to a franchise business. He managed this franchise business for three years.

Dennis Wenrick is Founder and President of Strategic Signals, Inc., an S-Corp that has done consulting work for a number of clients over the past 6 years. He is Managing Member and President of The Wenrick Florida Properties Group, LLC and The Wenrick Indiana Properties Group, LLC. These companies serve as holding companies for other LLCs for real estate investment properties.

Dennis Wenrick holds the position of President of the local Community Business Network Chapter in South Walton County, FL, which is a prototype for future local chapters nationally under CIBN Marketplace Ministries International. He directed the formation of this local chapter in late 2005, and with his team launched the first Community Business Network breakfast meeting in January 2006.

Dennis Wenrick is co-author of the Business Input Committee Manual, and served as the Director and Trainer of that program for 3 years. He also sits on the Committee and gives input to businesses from entrepreneurial start-ups to input on a $10 million dollar expansion proposal. Wenrick is also an instructor for CIBN International and instructor for EMS II Courses for CI.
